We're looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team full-time onsite. As an AI-powered football analytics company, we create high-impact football storytelling content including documentaries, cinematic player features, reels, tactical breakdowns, and social-first media. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, a sharp eye for storytelling and pacing, and an understanding of modern football content trends. You’ll work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life through engaging edits, motion graphics, and fast-paced visual narratives while leveraging modern AI-powered editing workflows to improve efficiency and content quality.

Key Responsibilities

Edit documentaries, reels, cinematic montages, player features, and social media content.
Create storyboards and visualize scenes from scripts and narration.
Design motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
Maintain strong visual quality and consistent branding across all content.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to execute concepts efficiently.
Manage footage, assets, and project files in an organized workflow.
Stay updated with football media trends, editing styles, and audience engagement formats.
Deliver high-quality edits within deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (preferred not mandatory).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic editing.
Ability to use AI tools and modern editing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Passion for football and sports content.
Understanding of modern sports storytelling and social-first content formats This is a full-time onsite role.
